The image of the Tugursky Peninsula was received on October 21, 2016 from SPOT 7 satellite.

Tugursky Peninsula is located in the eastern part of the Tuguro-Chumikansky district of the Khabarovsk region. It consists of two mountain ranges, connected by a narrow isthmus. The Peninsula is washed by the Tugursky Bay of the Sea of Okhotsk from the West and by the Akademii and Ul’bansky Bays from the East. The Lindholm Cape is the Northern point of the Peninsula. In former times there was a settlement Peresheek on the territory of the peninsula. Now it is uninhabited.
